Another headcanon... there were lollipop bystanders _{(not supporters of racers, just random.. lollipop people)} but when Turbo came and disguised himself as King Candy he loved the flavor of those particular pieces of candy... so he kidnapped them all and put them in a special place in the fungeon where he picks them off one by one to eat them.

LOL no it's not really a headcanon it's just a stupid idea that popped into my mind haha
